[mrtg] How to monitor a SUN server with mrtg

We use here mrtg to monitor our LAN traffic and it works fine. 

I'm responsable of all the SUN machines and I would like to monitor wiht
mrtg the ressources of my SUN servers such as : 

    - disk utility 
    - memory allocation 
    - number of process 
    - CPU usage 
    - swap usage 
    - ... 

It's explain in your documentation that it's possible to manage these types
of data of mrtg, but I can't find  where is the information to do it. 

It would be very nice for me if you can inform me where I can find
documentations and examples for monitoring SUN servers through mrtg.
