[mrtg] cisco 5k monitoring

lots of people (including myself) hae had a need to look at cisco 5k
supervisor cpu.
(Due to a need to track down problems)

Please note that you must check the version of supervisor code that you run.
unless someone can tell me differently any code below version 5 doesn't
support
the required cpu or memory MIBS.
