[mrtg] Two different targets in same .cfg with RRD Tool & MRTG 2.9pre24

Why can't I have two different targets in the same cfg file when running
MRTG + RRD Tool?

If I split the cfg file in two parts it's working fine but when having the
two targets together i recceive a error message that says somthin like "bad
file descriptor".
