[mrtg] mrtg-2.9.0pre14: chart time is accelerated

Since moving up to mrtg-2.9.0pre14 running on NTS4, one of my two
graph groups is now hustling along at about 1.5X normal speed; in
other words, the first group keeps good time, going through 24 hours
in a 24 hour day, but the other group goes through about 30 hours or
so of data in a day. 

My first suspicion was that the MRTG executable was getting called
more often by a.bat, b.bat, c.bat, etc than it should, but when I
checked I can see the normal 1440 at jobs scheduled.

Searched the FAQ and the mailing-list archives, but you can imagine
how many hits a search for "time" gets ;-)
