the OID's that I have tried for used mem are:
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.48.1.1.1.5.1
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.48.1.1.1.5.2
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.8.0

Is the flat line that you are seeing a non-zero value?
used and free memory doesn't usually change all that much, unless you
are wildly changing the configurations and purposes of your routers.
How about the legend? Is that telling you free/used stats/percentages?
