[mrtg] mrtg on NT

why i cant view the mrtg generated png files from the NT server itself
and even from my win98 PC using netscape4.7 BUT the mrtg generated png
files on my unix server can be viewed by the same PC using
netscape4.7??
anything i missed installing on my NT server ?
