[mrtg] Rateup ERROR

Hi. . .

I've just setup version mrtg-2.9.0per27 to monitor the utilization of my
router interfaces.

Setup was smooth and everything works fine for the first day.  Day after, I
noticed some of the graphs were updating the last few hours only.   Even
though the capturing was turn on and successfully run for 2 days, the graph
only show the last few hours of capture data.  The front portions were
somehow been chop-off. . .

I suspected something was wrong and rerun "c:\mrtg-2.9.0pre27\bin>perl mrtg
router1.cfg
It return,

Rateup WARNING: C:/mrtg-2.9.0pre27/bin\rateup could not read the primary
log file <ip_address_2>
Rateup ERROR: C:/mrtg-2.9.0pre27/bin\rateup found <ip_address_2>'s log file
was corrupt
              or not in sorted order:
time:   948563200. Rateup WARNING: C:/mrtg-2.9.0pre27/bin\rateup The backup
log file for <ip_address_2> was invalid as well
WARNING: rateup died from Signal 0
  with Exit Value 1 when doing router '<ip_address_2>'
Signal was 0, Returncode was 1

Can someone help me with this problem or interpret this error messages.
