Hi,
As some of you have noticed, I spend som time on the FAQ site again.
One of the changes was a poll, asking you for your opinion. I didn't
get much response (and I am a little bit disappointed) but from the
responses I did get I think it's safe to conclude that
-1- the site is fast enough as it is.
-2- the design could use some improvement
Thanks everybody for answering the questions in the survey.
New stuff:
- some CSS was added, as a first step to better design
- An explanation of interpolating, intervals, consolidating
and so forth. A big thank you to Gabrielle Roth for proof reading it.
- Rearranged faq entries, and added some more
The counters added to the page give me some insight on who is using
the FAQ. Unfortunately, by using other websites to do so it may
happen occasionally that the MRTG FAQ isn't loaded quickly. On
average you should be able to load the main index within 10 seconds.
If it takes considerably more time, I appreciate an email so I can
temporarily disable the particular counter.
cheers,
