[mrtg] FAQ request RE: running MRTG

Although I am not a Windows user, I know this has been answered before,
several times.  Will one of the Windows-using group denizens _please_ write
a FAQ entry for this?  Or if there is one already that's not in
http://faq.mrtg.org/ could you please send Alex a link?
