Looks like the MIB or OID you are using is the OID for "speed", rather
than the actual interface counter.  The cfgmaker should generate you a
config file that shows the bandwidthin utilization, as well as
automatically remark upon the available speed on teh line.  You shouln't
need to manually configure it or specify any type of MIB or OID.
