You don't issue target[foo] statements in cfgmaker.  You can modify a
resultant config file and change the targets, but cfgmaker is always going
to generate the defaults of ifInOctets and ifOutOctets.

Think of cfgmaker as a handy tool to show you what a config should look
like.  Then go forth to write your own.
