well....do you have the cfg file specified in the cgi?

For the link, I see http://209.219.210.180/switch/switch.cgi?log=10.5.1.2_26

try going to http://209.219.210.180/switch/switch.cgi?log=10.5.1.2_26&cfg=/path/to/cfg

Does IIS do error logging?
