[mrtg] routers.cgi --- too many perl.exe

I am running win2k and the routers.cgi script.  Since
I have a diff. .cfg file for each router and I need to
run mrtg on the .cfg files.  How can I do this w/o
having an instance of perl.exe (which takes about 8mb
of memory) for each router.
