[mrtg] Upgrading and Adding Ports in NT.

I guess the operating system doesn't matter in this case but are there
documents for adding ports to already configured devices.  I have a switch
and I uncommented out the port but the .html file isn't being created?  Also
I want to upgrade versions so how would I go about doing this while saving
all previous stats.
