     Since from last month I was waiting for the reply  but unfortunately I
am not getting single reply   Can you help me out for below  mail   Atleast
some suggestions...    so that I can get some utility through MRTG.

Hello,

The availability is calculated based on the link Up or down status (
basically Line protocol status on the interface ) .

     								Time in
seconds for a month - Link down time  in seconds during the month
                Availability =
______________________________________________________________________
                       
	
Time in seconds for a month


Also let us know if the utilization in bytes can be scripted to read in bits
on the graph ? ( 1 byte = 8 bits ) If yes, what's the peral script to do

	That's not what MRTG generally measures.

	What are the criteria for "available"?  How do you quantify them?
Once you
	have those two answers, you can try to write a script that drops
some
	numbers into MRTG and let it graph the results.
