[mrtg] How to monitor NT net interface ?

Hi,

I want to monitor the network utilization of a NT box with 3 network cards.
I'm interesting of two OID per card :
	NetPercentNetworkUtilization wich is a "Counter" for NT
NetTotalByteReceivedPerSecond which is a "TimeTicks" for NT

When a read those value :
For the first one, sometimes i've got a number with a "-" before. (eg:
-1069027840).
For the second, i have big numbers like "104074".

Is anyone knows what "Counter" and "TimeTicks" means ?
How can i use mrtg to monitor this values like the NT performance monitor ?
