	The path seems correct as if I change the batch file name the mrtg
reports as unable to find threshprog.

You are specifying your paths like 'c:\dir\dir\file'
I'm not sure this is the problem but I wouldn't be surprised if it is.

Try modifying your paths so that the backslashes are escaped:

'c:\\dir\\dir\\file'

You may also need to escape the semi colon:

'c\:\\dir\\dir\\file'
