I can't explain the big numbers but are you sure your syntax is right on the 
"Target[traffic_bri01]: 'cisco.pl'" line?

Do you really have single-quotes around the cisco.pl command? You know they 
really need to be back-ticks ("`") to work. I couldn't see how it would give 
you ANYTHING but zeros with single-quotes.

Just a guess...
