You should be able to use 1.3.6.1.4.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.5.9
this is from the ciscoProcessMIB. (...cisco.ciscoMgmt.ciscoProcessMIB...)
This is the same as cpu 5 min percentage, but works on the 6509. You may
need to check your index by doing a mib browse because the last 9 in the oid
is the instance value. hth.

You are trying to use the OID from OLD-CISCO-CPU-MIB. That is not supported
on the cat switches. It's been my experience that anything "below"
enterprises.9.5 isn't supported on these switches--usually a good tipoff
you're looking in the wrong place. Go to
ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/mibs/supportlists/wsc6509/wsc6509-supportlist.html
for a list of MIBs supported on 6509s.
I would suggest looking in CISCO-PROCESS-MIB. You'll find some CPU OIDs
there. They are different from the OIDs used for routers though (for one,
they are a gauge type as opposed to an integer), so make sure you do your
homework before implementing them.
