I didn't use the most recent version of MRTG (don't have it)
but this works for me:

Target[A.B.C.D]: 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.129&1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16.129:public at a.b.c.d * 300 + 1
Workdir: /tmp/mrtg
Title[a.b.c.d]: test
PageTop[a.b.c.d]: test
MaxBytes[a.b.c.d]: 100000000
