[mrtg] Re: Problem running stat.pl

It can't find a file named /mrtg/mrtg-monitoring.net/OLD in line 119,
Therefore, it never read a line that contained (Global) so that it could
parse out the information, and the values of the variables $QUE_P_MIN and
$QUE_P_OTHER are thus both undef, and print doesn't like to print undef's.
