The syntax "2:public at ..." is shorthand for:
"1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.2&1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16.2:public..."

That means TWO OIDs.  IIRC the original mail said something like
1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.2:public... + 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16.2:public... 
which is adding two single OIDs.
