[mrtg] MRTG & PPP - Help Required

Hi,

MRTG is working great. Just one little thing. I have leased line clients on
a linux server using v34/serial interface with ppp
with ervery reboot the the ppp device changes for the clients. eg: (old
ppp0) is now (ppp5).

Does anyone know how to correct this in either the pppd  or snmpd
configuration ?

Help is much appriciated.
