You used cfgmaker yes?
cfgmaker asks the device (well, kinda).

Divide 100,000,000(value in bits) by 8 (to get Bytes)
Answer = 12,500,000 or 12.5MB
Divide 10,000,000(value in bits) by 8 (to get Bytes)
Answer = 1,250,000 or 1.25MB
