[mrtg] ACCESS ROUTER

Hi Guys,

I am currently monitoring the Access Server here is the info
system.sysDescr.0 = "3Com Corporation HiPer Access Router Card Built on Feb 
16 1999 at 12:42:34."
system.sysObjectID.0 = OID: enterprises.429.2.19
system.sysUpTime.0 = Timeticks: (1080542938) 125 days, 1:30:29.38
system.sysContact.0 = "singnet-access at singnet.com.sg"
system.sysName.0 = "hs31" Hex: 68 73 33 31
system.sysLocation.0 = "Telepark"
system.sysServices.0 = 76


when I used the OID
Target[modem]: 
1.3.6.1.4.1.429.4.2.1.10.1&.1.3.6.1.4.1.429.4.2.1.10.0:centrin at 165.21.136.11

to monitor number of users connected, the graph is always 0 (zero). But if 
you are going to look into the log files you can see that the log is being 
updated only on the current time stamp, let say this is the log

after the mrtg runs and start polling for the next round, instead of the 
value be put on the history, it will not, instead it will become 0 (zero) 
again but the new current time stamp will have the new value eg below

why is this so, is there anyone who can help me to solved this problem, or 
this any bug on the mrtg version 2.9.17
