You could try the following:

Target[5300]: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.47.1.1.6.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.47.1.1.7.0:community at IP_number
MaxBytes[5300]: 120    #max ports number in your cisco.
Options[5300]: gauge
Unscaled[5300]: dwmy
WithPeak[5300]: dwmy
ShortLegend[5300]: modems
YLegend[5300]: Used Modems
LegendI[5300]: Used:
LegendO[5300]: Avalaible:
Legend1[5300]: Used Modems
Legend2[5300]: Avalaible Modems 
Title[5300]: 5300 Modems
PageTop[5300]: <H1>AS 5300 Modem Utilization</H1>
