Its Mon Aug 20 18:19:30 2001 UTC and Mon Aug 20 18:49:20 2001
It was written around 13:20 local time so this is an indication
something's wrong.

It seems that the system is set to local time in stead of UTC. If you
apply the difference in time to 13:20 you'll get 18:20. Close enough to
18:19:30.

This *shouldn't* matter.
Times are measured in UTC. If both our systems are properly
configured (including NTP) then "rrdtool last" will show (almost)
equal times for both you and me. What was it, about 6 hours diff?
