I see one error(typo) :

cacheClientHttpRequests:3401:public at proxy is wrong I think. You should type:
cacheClientHttpRequests.3401:public at proxy

This explains the error "SNMPGET Problem for ifInOctets.3401
ifOutOctets.3401".

Also, be sure to check that MRTG knows cacheClientHttpRequests (have you
loaded the mibs? By the way, I always use OIDs so I'm sure that there is no
such problem).
