Actually the CISCO-PROCES-MIB is added as of IOS version 12.0T
and
the CISCO-MEMORY-POOL-MIB is added as of IOS version 11.1(2)
So you need at least these version to be able to use the provided OID's
You can use the OLD-CISCO-CPU-MIB to graph cpu usage from devices with older
IOS's
five min cpu usage: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0
and
OLD-CISCO-MEMORY-MIB to graph memory from devices with older IOS's
free mem: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.8.0
It's of course better to not use the old mibs when the newer ones are
supported in
your IOS release. Though I myself still have some config's which use some
old OID's :)
