[mrtg] NT and the MRTG_totalizer???

I am trying to get the MRTG totalizer working on NT 4.0,
http://www.geocities.com/josef_wendel/. I am having a really hard time
getting the required perl programs installed. Does anyone have any
experience with this script? Or, does anyone know of a better program to get
totals from your log files?
