[mrtg] monitoring win 2k

Hi,
has anybody informations how i can get

cpu load
process
diskspace
processes
amount of users
memory
 
out of a win2k server using mrtg?
(especialy i need the mibs for it--anyone knows???)
I ve looked in the archives and in the MS Knowledge Base, but there was
nothing to find...
(also our admin couldnt help me ( he calls us Jurrassic Park Unit for using
**ix...)
