My knowledge of SNMP is very bad, but let us look into tcpdump log:

14:47:38.777882 eth0 < aa.bb.186.21.snmp > aa.bb.186.11.3344: GetResponse(34) .1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.1=[endOfMibView]
14:47:38.781123 eth0 > aa.bb.186.11.3344 > aa.bb.186.21.snmp: GetNextRequest(30) .1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.1
14:47:38.782932 eth0 < aa.bb.186.21.snmp > aa.bb.186.11.3344: GetResponse(34) .1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.1=[endOfMibView]

Starting from now Zyxel always respond with endOfMibView - doesn't
this mean that everything is already returned and mrtg (cfgmaker)
shouldn't do GetNextRequest() ?
