Hi,
here is an example for the CPU usage on a Cisco router.
The OID for the CPU usage is:
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.56.0 = CPU usage permanent
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.57.0 = CPU usage average 1 Minute
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0 = CPU usage average 3 Minutes

You can only measure the temperature if its is suported by the IOS. Only the 7xxx and the older AGS+ series have this.
