I dont know if you have a CCO Account or if its even needed for the MIBs,
but with a search for MIB on www.cisco.com you will get to the right pages:


All available Cisco MIBs:

All available Cisco OIDs:

ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/mibs/oid/

Hi,

here is a tar file with the Cisco OIDs.
Untar it with tar zxvf oid.tar.gz.

Do you need also the mibs in a tar file ?
