[mrtg] no more OUT values

Hello,

I have installed MRTG 2.9.17 on a Ultra SPARC running GNU/Debian woody
with apt-get on week ago.

All was OK until yesterday : the OUT value of the ETH0 is now allways 0.
The IN value is allways OK.

What can be wrong ? No modification on the system was done when the
problem come.
