MRTG will collect two values.  It will only pass two values to
the RRD.  So, the answer to your question is: no.

However, if you write your own RRDtool script, you can collect
data from many databases and graph them in a single image, no
problem.

So, what you want to do is possible but not in the way you are
thinking about right now.
