You need spaces on either side of the slash...

Target[test]:
1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.6&1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16.6:public at router:::::2 / 204800000

WHat is the value reported?  Seems strange to divide by 204800000.  
You should not need to multiply 2048000 by 100, just use 2048000000.

I'm triyng to use % utilization in the y axis instead of utilization in
bytes:

Tryed with Target[test]:
1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.6&1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16.6:public at router:::::2/2048000*10
0 but no success.

Any idea ?
