I think that if the value returned is in bytes, it may
be over the 32 bit limit...

42,949,672,960 bytes = 40 GB? I'm not sure, but I
think that is greater than the limit. See if you
can divide the resulting number by 1024 to get a
number MRTG can deal with...

I think I started having problems with drive
monitoring around 4 GB...

Unless, it has something to do with trying to monitor
a certain spy agency (a little joke).

After writing all this I looked again at the problem.
How much space is used on the drive? 4000 k = 4 mb?
That would be about .1% of a 40 gb drive, right? I
don't think your MaxBytes is right...

I'm trying a test on my system to monitor the hard drive. It's a Dell
Optiplex GX240 with a 40GB disk, one partition. I'm not sure if the
MaxBytes: is correct. I get a graph that the YLegend goes up to 4000.0 k and
the short Legend displays this:
Max Usage 3747.4 kGB (0.1%) Average Usage 3747.4 kGB (0.1%) Current Usage
3747.4 kGB (0.1%)
Could someone help me with what the legends should say. And if the MaxBytes
is correct?

Thanks,
Mark
