[mrtg] Windows Mr Daemon v2.0 testers needed

I have just finished Mr Daemon v2.0 with four, yes count them, four
independant timers.

Before I upload the new version to my web site I would like a few people to
test this out and inform me of any 'features' that shouldn't (or should) be
in there.
