You specify one WorkDir then add 'Directory[]' parameter to the configs to
separate them.

WorkDir: /my/path/to/mrtg
.
.
.
.
Target[1]: 1:public at 10.10.10.1
Directory[1]: routers/1


That would put the files in /my/path/to/mrtg/routers/1

Some one maybe know if there is a way to create the mrtg web pages in two
folders , i try to configure two workdir's and the mrtg create the web pages
only in one folder .
