You can also specify seperate directories instead of one large WordDir -
I think you can use:
htmldir
logdir
imagedir
and icondir
instead of your Workdir - this is in the manual somewhere.....

You specify one WorkDir then add 'Directory[]' parameter to the configs to
separate them.
WorkDir: /my/path/to/mrtg

.
Target[1]: 1:public at 10.10.10.1
Directory[1]: routers/1
That would put the files in /my/path/to/mrtg/routers/1
