The only way to monitor traffic to/from given port(s) would be via IP
accounting. If ipchains or iptables has been ported to Solaris, you
could use http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/ipac-ng/ Or, if this is
important enough to you, you could put a Linux box between your Solaris
hosts and the big, bad 'Net and run iptables... get all your traffic
monitoring *and* a stateful firewall! :-)
