[mrtg] For all newcomers

Folks,

Please do feel free to ask questions on this list but make sure that
before you do this you have read the available documentation.

I see a considerable increase of questions that should only get one
answer: RTFM.

By reading the documentation you will be able to do more with MRTG,
you will not cause unnecessary traffic on the list (which may perhaps
irritate some people by the way) and you will not need to wait for
an answer.

Please also note that it is considered "not done" to directly address
your mail to any member of the list (including Tobi or myself). We
spend enough time on MRTG as it is already.

Again, this list is created especially for you to ask questions so
do this when it is necessary.  Just remember that the documentation
is also made especially for you, if you don't read it then I don't
know why the respective authors bothered writing it in the first place.
