[mrtg] Error with cfgmaker.cisco

I've been trying to use cfgmaker.cisco on my NR machine, but I get the
following error:
Can't locate BER.pm in @INC (@INC contains: C:/perl/lib C:/perl/site/lib .)
at cfgmaker.cisco line 13.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at cfgmaker.cisco line 13.

Obviously, there's a path error due to my NTness. I found BER.pm inside
perl\lib\mrtg2. Where do I modify a path to fix this? Or is it something
else? CAN it be modified (i.e. is it in the ActivePerl executable?
