I don't have a problem with the IOS12.1.(2).T. But I didn't get the
sub-interfaces on 11.xx

Hello,

I am having problems getting ATM sub-interfaces to graph under MRTG.
Specifically, I have one ATM interface (8/0/0) with one sub-interface
(8/0/0.1) running on a 7513 router with IOS 12.0.3.

I ran cfgmaker on the device and gererated the appropriate mrtg.cfg file.
In the file, the ATM8/0/0 "parent" interface shows up like so:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------
### Interface 20 >> Descr: 'ATM8/0/0' | Name: '' | Ip: 'a.b.c.93' | Eth: ''
###

Target[devicename_20]: 20:public at devicename:
SetEnv[devicename_20]: MRTG_INT_IP="a.b.c.93" MRTG_INT_DESCR="ATM8/0/0"
Directory[devicename_20]: devicename
MaxBytes[devicename_20]: 19440000
Title[devicename_20]: Traffic Analysis for 20 -- devicename.company.com
PageTop[devicename_20]: <H1>Traffic Analysis for 20 --
devicename.company.com</H1>
 <TABLE>
   <TR><TD>System:</TD>     <TD>devicename.company.com in </TD></TR>
   <TR><TD>Maintainer:</TD> <TD></TD></TR>
   <TR><TD>Description:</TD><TD>ATM8/0/0  </TD></TR>

 </TABLE>

This graph works fine. It shows the accumulated data for the 8/0/0 including
the sub-interface. However, the ATM8/0/0-atm layer and ATM8/0/0-aal5 layer
sections both have errors:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------
### Interface 21 >> Descr: 'ATM8/0/0-atm layer' | Name: '' | Ip: '' | Eth:
'' ###
### The following interface is commented out because:
### * has a speed of 0 which makes no sense

### backoff: 1)' from interface when trying to query

<SNIP>

### Interface 22 >> Descr: 'ATM8/0/0-aal5 layer' | Name: '' | Ip: '' | Eth:
'' ###
### The following interface is commented out because:
### * has a speed of 0 which makes no sense

I did an snmpwalk on the device and found that OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.21
does,in fact, not exist. From my research in the archives it appears as
this is to be expected (I think?). I'm not sure as to why the ATM8/0/0-aal5
layer is complaining about a speed of 0. I queried OID .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.5
for interfaces 20, 21, and 22. Interface 20 shows up correctly, but
interfaces 21 & 22 show up as 0??? Is this what mrtg is complaining about?

I guess I have two questions:
	1. Does MRTG allow me to graph the following?
			ATM8/0/0	=	Cumulative graph of all
subinterfaces
			ATM8/0/0.1	=	Graph of 8/0/0.1 utilization
			ATM8/0/0.2	=	Graph of 8/0/0.2
utilization.

	2. Why can't I pull up the graph of ATM8/0/0.1?

Sorry for the lengthy post. I have found that, the more information
provided, the quicker the answer. I also can provide more information upon
request.

Thanks in advance!
