General, outer rule of thumb:

MRTG can report on two kinds of things:

Anything (underscore "Anything") that can be retrieved using SNMP.

Anything (underscore "Anything") that can be recorded as an integer in each
of the first two lines of a four-line text file.

I don't know of a cisico IOS for 2500's reports traffic at the individual
IP address level--or even at the individual protocol level.  (That of course
is not quite true--you can extract "packets" for the major protocols--the
problem is in attaching meaning to "packets" since you don't know how big
they are.)

My guess is that to get the kind of information you want, you need
to run SNMP on the boxen to whom the several IP addresses belong and
use MRTG to report the traffic they see.
