I run W2K pro at my desktop and test .cfg files before I put them into
production. (My production environment is still NT 4.0) I have not had any
problem moving or testing files back and forth between the two OS. The
install process was exactly the same for either OS. You can see my results

Also, I use the MRTG Statistics Updater
(http://www.queso.com/mrtgstatupdater.htm) on W2K without problems as well.
