I didn't include that part in my example, but I am already using
LegendI[target] and LegendO[target] to change the legend on the
chart. However the text below the chart has the legend text and the
units of measurement:
Max Modems In Use: 20 B/s (41.7%) Average Modems In Use: 7 B/s
(14.6%) Current Modems In Use: 12 B/s (25.0%)
