There are two things that you can include in the config file as follows: -
unscaled[abc]:
maxbytes1[abc]:
maxbytes2[abc]:
The unscaled option will keep your graphs consistently scaled regardless of the
traffic volume.
The two maxbytes options can be set so that maxbytes1 equals your access line
bandwidth (or peak burst rate as appropriate) and then maxbytes2 would be set at
your CIR value. This will provide a scaled graph with a y-axis set to your
maximum burstable rate and a red line indicating the CIR of the frame pvc.
