[mrtg] adjusting returned oid value before graphing...

Looks like it's hard to please *anybody*! I have exactly the opposite
problem. My SNMP agent is returning some values x 100 (e.g., 234
instead of 2.34), so I'd like to scale them down by 100 before
graphing.
